A Structured, Confidential Process
VALAI is tailored for business executives to explore AI’s potential and challenges in a safe, non-competitive environment. With no supplier-client relationships or internal colleagues involved, participants can experiment with AI tools and learn how to lead in the AI era, without risking their company’s data or reputation.

Practical and Transformational
This program combines deep, reflective discussions with practical problem-solving. It challenges assumptions and generates actionable solutions that participants can apply within their organizations.

Program Details

• Format: Six sessions (2.5 hours each) over six months.

• Pre-Program Briefing: Includes 2 hours on AI fundamentals.

• Between Sessions: Learning modules or 1-on-1 consulting (1 hour each).

• Ongoing Learning: Groups can continue collaborating independently after the program ends.
